- Fill out a Return Authorization Request with information from your order or packing slip.
- You will receive an e-mail from redBAMBINA within 48hrs of submitting a Return Authorization Request. The Email will contain a Return Authorization Number and our Returns Fulfillment Address.
Type or Print this number legibly, and include it inside your return package.
As an example, you might write: RAN#65456-22- Re-package your item and remove or cross out old shipping label.
- Address the package to the Returns Fulfillment Address.
- Deliver the return package to a reputable shipper.
- *The package must be shipped via a trackable method like UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Store your tracking number for safe keeping and wait for your return to be processed. redBAMBINA is not responsible for packages lost by shipper.
General Returns Policy
At redBAMBINA.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in returning your items. You may return new, non-damaged, unused, or unopened items purchased from redBAMBINA.com within 30 days of delivery.When you need to make a return simply follow the instructions from our quick and simple returns checklist. In order to receive a full refund, we must be notified of your return within 30 days of delivery by completing a Return Authorization Request. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (this means you received an incorrect item or defective item, etc.).
Once we have received your returned item we will process your return on a first come first served basis. You should expect to have your refund within 20 business days or less of mailing your return package to us. This time period is explained by this time line:
- Transit from shipper to redBAMBINA ( 2 to 10 days)
- redBAMBINA return processing (1 to 5 days)
- Your Bank or credit card company to process our refund request (1 to 5 days)
Handmade-Specific Returns Policy
Handmade items or items advertised as handmade in the item description are subject to the redBAMBINA.com handmade-specific returns policy. A few examples of handmade items are jeweled accessories, beaded accessories, jewelry, etc. These items may also be returned within 30 days so long as they are unopened. All handmade products will come thoroughly packed and will have a clear packaging and a “Break me, Buy me” label. Once this label has been disturbed, broken, or opened the item is non-returnable. The clear packaging will allow you full inspection before opening. If the product is damaged at the time of inspection you are more than welcome to return the unopened item for a full refund within our 30 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, we must be notified of your return within 30 days of delivery by completing a Return Authorization Request. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (this means you received an incorrect item or defective item, etc.).General Shipping Policy
At redBAMBINA.com we will do our best to follow any extra instructions regarding shipping. If your instructions require additional fees, you will be contacted before we ship your package. At a minimum we will ship your packages in the manner in which you paid for at the time you placed your order. We reserve the right to add additional services like extra insurance, signature required, etc. at our discretion. The customer will not be charged extra for these additional services. We reserve the right to ship your order in multiple packages. We may do this for items that are located in different storage locations. Please see our Free Shipping Policy regarding items that receive shipping at no charge.
We will ship almost anywhere. (Please see our international list of eligible locations outside the U.S.A.) However, not all shipping address will be considered valid due to manufacturer restrictions, or warranty issues. This may prevent us from shipping certain products to certain addresses. When this is the case, your shipping address will be deemed an un-deliverable address. You'll be notified after placing your order if your shipping address has been deemed an un-deliverable address. At that time you may provide an alternate shipping address, or cancel your order. Below are some general rules about specific locations and the items you can ship there.

- Some Manufacturers Warranties may no longer be valid once your item has been shipped internationally. redBAMBINA is not responsible for this loss of warranty. Also, warning labels, labels, and instructions may not be available in the destination countries language. redBAMBINA is not responsible for any problems that may arise due to this. redBAMBINA is not responsible for international packages that may be lost or damaged. Only ship internationally if you understand these risks.

Free Shipping & Promotional Shipping Policy
At redBAMBINA we offer to ship many items Free of Charge or at a Promotional Price. With Free Shipping or Shipping Free of Charge packages will be shipped First-Class Mail or Parcel Post but we do reserve the right upgrade the shipping at our discretion. For other Promotional Shipping, we will at a minimum use the shipping method purchased. (Example: advertised $2 FedEx Ground would at a minimum be shipped FedEx Ground, but could be shipped 2nd day if deemed necessary)
For all international orders redBAMBINA will use USPS 1st class international mail with a customs label number (delivery time varies) unless another shipping option is chosen. Please see our international shipping guidelines for more information regarding international shipping.
Merchandise Damaged During Transit or Damaged by Shipping Company Policy
All damaged merchandise claims must be made directly with the shipping company. Damaged merchandise must also be reported to redBAMBINA.com within 48hrs of receipt. It is the customers’ responsibility to inspect packages for shipping damage before accepting them from the shipper, or before opening them. Any visual carton damage must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Carton” before signing for acceptance or the package may be refused. If the package was left by shipper the customer may refuse delivery of the unopened package by returning the unopened and damaged package to the shipper.
Non-delivered Orders Policy
Orders that are returned due to non existent shipping address or due to the customer not being available to receive the shipment may be returned by the shipper to redBAMBINA. These returned orders would be deemed non-deliverable. Orders deemed non-deliverable or returned by shipper to redBAMBINA.com will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the customer decides to have the package re-shipped. All re-shipping charges will be paid for by the customer. For domestic orders redBAMBINA is not responsible for packages once we have recieved delivery confirmation from the shipper. For international packages please read our General Returns Policy information about international orders.
Defective Merchandise PolicyDefective merchandise claims must be reported to redBAMBINA.com within 48 hours of receipt for claims to be valid. All returns of defective merchandise must be approved in advance by redBAMBINA.com. Customers with defective merchandise must contact redBAMBINA through our Returns Authorization Request or our Contact Us page. redBAMBINA will contact the manufacturer on your behalf about the defect and will promptly replace any defective item providing that it is replaceable. In some instances store credit will be provided to satisfy replacement. In most cases redBAMBINA will require that the defective merchandise be returned to redBAMBINA. It is important not to discard defective merchandise unless instructed by redBAMBINA. redBAMBINA will not provide a refund outside of our normal return policy.
Refund PolicyOnce we have processed your return you will receive a refund. Your refund will be issued they same way that you paid. For example:
If you used a credit card to pay, we will only refund the same credit card. If your credit card is no longer in service or the refund is declined we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the credit.
For a mixed payment of gift certificates and credit card, we will first refund your gift certificate (or issue a new), and the remainder will be refunded to your credit card. If your credit card is no longer in service or the refund is declined we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount of the credit.Items that are new, unopened and returned more than 30 days after delivery may be given a refund of 50% of current sales price. Items that are used, or in not-new condition, or missing original packaging, and returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be given a refund.
Gift CertificatesGift Certificates may be redeemed at check-out by entering the code located on the certificate or from the code located in the e-mail you received from redBAMBINA. Lost, Stolen, or e-mail deleted gift certificates will not be reissued. Gift certificates can only be returned for store credit. No refund will be issued for a gift certificate purchase.
